Job Summary

A technology company that specializes in cybersecurity is in need of a Remote Technical Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Serving as primary technical contact and augment our customer support teams
  • Onboarding new customers to the platforms.
  • Ensuring customer success
