Job Summary
A cybersecurity technology company is in need of a Remote Technical Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Serving as the primary technical contact
- Augmenting customer support teams
- Onboarding new customers to the platforms

- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- Experience working with Windows Server Operating Systems
