Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Remote Technical Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Being the point of contact for all of your customer’s technical issues
  • Coaching customers to be product experts and training their teams
  • Providing assistance when customers are planning changes and upgrades to their environment

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Travel to customer’s location will be required with around 25% travel in total
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 6+ years, enterprise technical support, system administration, professional services or account management
  • 3 years in a senior technical role
  • Expertise in core Microsoft product stack
  • Experience supporting Identity Access Management solutions.
