Job Summary
An information technology company is seeking a Remote Technical Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being the point of contact for all of your customer’s technical issues
- Coaching customers to be product experts and training their teams
- Providing assistance when customers are planning changes and upgrades to their environment
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Travel to customer’s location will be required with around 25% travel in total
- Bachelor's Degree
- 6+ years, enterprise technical support, system administration, professional services or account management
- 3 years in a senior technical role
- Expertise in core Microsoft product stack
- Experience supporting Identity Access Management solutions.
