Job Summary

A multinational technology firm has an open position for a Remote Technical Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Performing technical reviews and sharing knowledge to proactively identify and prevent issues
  • Gaining an understanding of customers' technical infrastructure, hardware, and products
  • Performing initial or secondary investigation and responding to online and phone support requests

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel regionally to visit customers
  • 5+ years of professional Java coding and development experience
  • Development-level experience analyzing and debugging
  • Java and C++ application issues at the language-level
  • Hands-on experience with Java middleware technologies
  • Experience in a support, development, engineering, or quality assurance organization
