Job Summary
A multinational technology firm has an open position for a Remote Technical Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Performing technical reviews and sharing knowledge to proactively identify and prevent issues
- Gaining an understanding of customers' technical infrastructure, hardware, and products
- Performing initial or secondary investigation and responding to online and phone support requests
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel regionally to visit customers
- 5+ years of professional Java coding and development experience
- Development-level experience analyzing and debugging
- Java and C++ application issues at the language-level
- Hands-on experience with Java middleware technologies
- Experience in a support, development, engineering, or quality assurance organization
