Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Remote Technical Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Collaborating with the sales organization on joint customers
- Acting as a technical single point of contact
- Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Ability to travel up to 15%
- 3+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise class applications
- Extensive experience with database technologies and data modeling concepts
- Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD infrastructure
- Previous experience with complex, customer-facing projects including agile software
- Hands-on experience working with Kubernetes or any other Resource Manager
