Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Technical Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with the sales organization on joint customers
  • Acting as a technical single point of contact
  • Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting and identifying solutions

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Ability to travel up to 15%
  • 3+ years of experience designing and developing enterprise class applications
  • Extensive experience with database technologies and data modeling concepts
  • Hands-on experience building and maintaining CI/CD infrastructure
  • Previous experience with complex, customer-facing projects including agile software
  • Hands-on experience working with Kubernetes or any other Resource Manager
