Job Summary

A software development company has an open position for a Remote Technical Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing multiple customers at one time
  • Supporting the rollout of new customers
  • Providing technical support to customers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years experience in enterprise implementation support, project management, or related
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent working experience
  • Experience in technical support and sales
  • Strong technical background with hands on experience in digital technologies
  • Working knowledge of support and sales software
