Job Summary

A health technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Account Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Providing regular updates on solution performance
  • Building and maintaining trusting post sale relationships
  • Serving as a single point of contact to ensure systems are healthy and up and running

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • 5+ years experience in complex health system IT environments
  • 3+ years experience in a consultative, post-sales enterprise solutions
  • 3+ years experience planning and implementing large software installations
  • Bachelor's degree in science, computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience
  • Experience in managing and leading multiple stakeholders and technical projects
