Job Summary
A software development company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Act as the primary point of contact for a set of customer accounts
- Manage all day-to-day customer technical needs
- Partner with our Customer Success Engineering team for more complex or challenging technical issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in a related customer-facing function
- Proficiency in SQL and working knowledge of the command line
- Strong knowledge of relationship and account management best practices
- Experience in defining process and providing enablement programs
- Strong technical, analytic and problem solving skills
- Desire to learn about new technologies
