Job Summary
A technology company is seeking a Remote Technical Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Build a trust relationship with experienced resources to ensure successful long-term engagement
- Prepare and deliver operational metrics reporting as part of ongoing status reviews
- Facilitate and lead actions with internal teams
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years of experience in customer and/or technical support roles
- 2+ years of experience working with customers, managing relationships and setting customer expectations
- Previous demonstrated experience in technical domains
- Ability to assist in resolving customer reported defects and questions
- Ability to collaborate with customers to develop solutions and answer inquiries
- Ability to work with teams ensure customer loyalty and long-term usage of the platform
