Job Summary

A software developer has an open position for a Remote Technical Account Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert on company architecture
  • Drive and strengthen the customer relationship
  • Drive complex technical escalations

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years experience in a client-facing technical role.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical topics
  • Ability to provide quick resolution to problems
  • Solid understanding of IP Telephony, SIP or H323, and Audio/Video codecs
  • Experience in troubleshooting network problems, firewalls, NAT etc
  • Proficiency with Video conferencing or Unified communication solutions
