Job Summary

A technology company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Delivering professional and technical account management services
  • Owning overall relationship with assigned large-scale clients
  • Working to identify and/or develop upsell opportunities

Qualifications Include:

  • Strong application and/or Endpoint security background
  • Strong project management skills
  • At least 3 years experience in field engineering: Senior support engineer (tier 3-4)/Technical Account Manager/Pre-Sales
  • Experience working with Enterprise customers - Required
  • Previous scripting experience, at minimum a working knowledge of Python, PHP, and Unix shell scripts
