Job Summary
A company that offers digital healthcare services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Account Manager.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Helping create and operate a framework to; support and grow our customer business
- Ensuring in-flight projects transition into Live service smoothly and with no problems
- Working closely with Account Managers to ensure customer needs are being met
Position Requirements Include:
- 3 or more years experience in a customer facing role with accountability for business and / or technical solutions
- Proven experience working across multiple customers / projects
- Experience of presenting to, at a minimum, mid level executives (VP/Director level) and developing relationships with them
- Experience and understanding of healthcare markets
- Experience within a regulated industry/B2B
- Experience working in healthcare technology, artificial intelligence software or other disruptive technology
