Job Summary

A software developer has an open position for a Remote Technical Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing technical consultations for architecture integration and service optimization
  • Serving as a technical subject matter expert
  • Managing technical feature requests and requirements

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 5+ years experience in a client-facing technical role
  • Solid understanding of IP Telephony, SIP or H323, and Audio/Video codecs
  • Experience in troubleshooting network problems, firewalls, NAT etc
