Job Summary
An internet services company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Account Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Discover Customer Needs via partnership with our CSM team to serve existing strategic customers
- Manage Customer Expectations by setting expectations, communicating progress & delivering highest level of customer satisfaction
- Propose Solutions via a deep understanding of our platform and the full range of integration and configuration options
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3 year’s experience, preferably in a SaaS company and in a professional services, solutions, or a technical account management role
- An understanding or hands on experience with web technologies i.e HTML, CSS, Javascript
- Excellent multi-tasking and project management skills
- Ability to write clear scoping & requirements documents that are understandable to both technical & non-technical audiences
