Job Summary

A marketing and advertising firm is filling a position for a Remote Technical Account Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Onboarding methods such as pixeling, log file ingestion, 3 rd party enablement etc
  • Providing technical support by debugging and troubleshooting clients and partners' implementations
  • Leading contact for troubleshooting our solutions

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 3+ years of proven experience within an ad operations role or relevant experience
  • Demonstrated experience in product storytelling, positioning, value proposition and differentiation
  • Deep understanding of ad operations, trafficking, and 3rd party vendors such as DSPs, SSPs or Ad Servers
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
  • Strong documentation skills for capturing the project and processes
