Job Summary
A fraud protection for eCommerce businesses provider is in need of a Remote Technical Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Integrate enterprise customers utilizing various partners and platforms
- Coordinate with customer-side technicians, developers, and project managers
- Maintain a client-first culture among the team through partnership, open dialogue, and transparent feedback
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 4-6 years of technical experience with SaaS solutions
- Background in eCommerce, payment systems, and/or fraud mitigation
- A clear understanding of API terminology (e.g., GET, POST, PUT, JSON, Webhook, Listeners..) and tools
- Experience with JSON, Python, APIs, PHP, and/or other web, programming, scripting tools
- Demonstrated passion for e-commerce or technology services
