Job Summary

A fraud protection for eCommerce businesses provider is in need of a Remote Technical Account Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Integrate enterprise customers utilizing various partners and platforms
  • Coordinate with customer-side technicians, developers, and project managers
  • Maintain a client-first culture among the team through partnership, open dialogue, and transparent feedback

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 4-6 years of technical experience with SaaS solutions
  • Background in eCommerce, payment systems, and/or fraud mitigation
  • A clear understanding of API terminology (e.g., GET, POST, PUT, JSON, Webhook, Listeners..) and tools
  • Experience with JSON, Python, APIs, PHP, and/or other web, programming, scripting tools
  • Demonstrated passion for e-commerce or technology services
