A financial technology company is seeking a Remote Technical Account Manager.
Must be able to:
- Synthesize insights to solve complex technical problems effecting the business partnership
- Act as technical trusted advisor and become a knowledge-center about the company's products
- Conduct rigorous analysis of internal and external data sources
Position Requirements Include:
- BS.C or BA in equivalent degree - advantage
- Knowledge using REST API and SDK
- Hands on technical support experience in Payments/Fintech industry
- Accountability and project management capabilities
- Professional level of English, another language is an advantage
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
