Job Summary

A financial technology company is seeking a Remote Technical Account Manager.

Must be able to:

  • Synthesize insights to solve complex technical problems effecting the business partnership
  • Act as technical trusted advisor and become a knowledge-center about the company's products
  • Conduct rigorous analysis of internal and external data sources

Position Requirements Include:

  • BS.C or BA in equivalent degree - advantage
  • Knowledge using REST API and SDK
  • Hands on technical support experience in Payments/Fintech industry
  • Accountability and project management capabilities
  • Professional level of English, another language is an advantage
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
