Job Summary

A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Account Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Debug new and existing software systems and/or applications
  • Identify gaps in system/requirements software development model
  • Troubleshoot various platform tools

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent working experience
  • Minimum 4 years of SQL query writing and DB understanding
  • Experience and understanding of large scale infrastructure deployments in enterprise-wide environments required
  • Communication skills for internal and external audiences
  • Ability to prioritize projects, tasks, and changing demands based upon judgement
  • Experience on SQL databases
