Job Summary
An information security company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Account Manager in Baltimore.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing training to customers
- Taking bug reports and feature requests
- Writing and maintaining support site documentation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 2+ years' experience in a customer success, project management or account management role
- Experience with supporting and building customer relationships
- The ability to work cross functionally with many internal groups
