Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Technical Account Manager in Birmingham.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing relationships with key customers across multiple platforms
  • Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the entire company product suite
  • Serving as first layer of escalation management for customers

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • 25% travel
