Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Technical Account Manager in Birmingham.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing relationships with key customers across multiple platforms
- Maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the entire company product suite
- Serving as first layer of escalation management for customers
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 25% travel
- 1-2 years demonstrated proficiency in managing larger more complex client account relationships
