A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Account Manager in Charlotte.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Owning the overall technical aspects of the relationship with assigned customers
- Working in alignment with the Customer Success Manager’s account strategy
- Establishing a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with the customer
Qualifications for this position include:
- BA/BS required
- At least five years of continuous experience in technical customer/account management positions
- Experience being part of a professional services or technical account management organization
- Strong technical experience with IVR technologies and contact center technologies
- Experience in complex account management
