Job Summary

A technology company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Account Manager in Charlotte.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Owning the overall technical aspects of the relationship with assigned customers
  • Working in alignment with the Customer Success Manager’s account strategy
  • Establishing a trusted/strategic advisor relationship with the customer

Qualifications for this position include:

  • BA/BS required
  • At least five years of continuous experience in technical customer/account management positions
  • Experience being part of a professional services or technical account management organization
  • Strong technical experience with IVR technologies and contact center technologies
  • Experience in complex account management
