Job Summary

A software development company is seeking a Remote Technical Account Manager in Charlotte.

Must be able to:

  • Conduct monthly touchpoints with clients to review their objective
  • Identify opportunities to help clients grow and evolve, further aligning technology with business objectives
  • Advise clients on best practices, standards, and processes in regards to infrastructure, application architecture, and DevOps methodology

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Strong working knowledge of cloud offerings and solutions (GCP and/or AWS)
  • At least 3 years of experience in a client facing role
  • Systems Engineering, System Administration, or Systems Architecture experience
  • Ability to interact with clients at both a business and technical level
  • Experience with cloud security practices and procedures
  • Strong working knowledge of Containerization and Orchestration
