Job Summary
A software development company is seeking a Remote Technical Account Manager in Charlotte.
Must be able to:
- Conduct monthly touchpoints with clients to review their objective
- Identify opportunities to help clients grow and evolve, further aligning technology with business objectives
- Advise clients on best practices, standards, and processes in regards to infrastructure, application architecture, and DevOps methodology
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Strong working knowledge of cloud offerings and solutions (GCP and/or AWS)
- At least 3 years of experience in a client facing role
- Systems Engineering, System Administration, or Systems Architecture experience
- Ability to interact with clients at both a business and technical level
- Experience with cloud security practices and procedures
- Strong working knowledge of Containerization and Orchestration
