Job Summary
A cloud infrastructure and visualization solutions provider is in need of a Remote Technical Account Manager in Philadelphia.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Providing project leadership, coordination and architectural guidance
- Mapping solutions to customers' unique businesses and technical requirements
- Managing and contending requests across multiple client engagements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel as needed
- Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated equivalent experience
- Data center infrastructure, operating systems, desktop deployments, or similar background
- Proven experience with global/enterprise-level accounts
