Job Summary

A cloud infrastructure and visualization solutions provider needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Account Manager in the Bay Area.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Mapping solutions to the customer’s unique business and technical requirements
  • Understanding the customer’s business challenges while functioning as a trusted advisor
  • Driving adoption of software solutions within your assigned accounts

Required Skills:

  • Ability to travel up to 30% regionally
  • Must have experience with VMware’s core stack of products
  • Must have VMware Certified Professional Certification (VCP) 5
  • Business insight and problem-solving skills with the ability to influence change
  • Must have proven experience with global/enterprise-level accounts
  • Understanding of consulting processes (project lifecycle, road map alignment)
