Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Technical Account Operations Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Developing, reporting, and inspecting key sales productivity metrics and recommend opportunities for improvement
- Partnering with Sales Management on business planning and strategy for their respective sales areas
- Developing comprehensive pipeline reporting tools
Qualifications for this position include:
- 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
- Broad knowledge of Professional Services and the processes, challenges and business context associated with PS
- Knowledge of sales and revenue forecasting processes and approaches
- Ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams
