Job Summary
A software company is in need of a Remote Technical Account Specialist.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Managing multiple concurrent product deployment activities
- Providing ongoing product support for long-term Services customers
- Facilitating technical training and best practice sessions with customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Travel less than 20%
- Excellent communication and customer management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- 1-2 years prior experience working directly with customers in a consultative role
- Working knowledge of Web-based technologies
- Broad interest in and understanding of the best practices
