Job Summary

A software company is in need of a Remote Technical Account Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Managing multiple concurrent product deployment activities
  • Providing ongoing product support for long-term Services customers
  • Facilitating technical training and best practice sessions with customers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Travel less than 20%
  • Excellent communication and customer management skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • 1-2 years prior experience working directly with customers in a consultative role
  • Working knowledge of Web-based technologies
  • Broad interest in and understanding of the best practices
