A software development company has an open position for a Remote Technical Accounting and Reporting Senior Manager.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Managing the execution of monthly/quarterly technical analysis
• Preparing internal and external audit requests
• Preparing and communicating global close calendars

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree and CPA / CMA / CA or equivalent certifications, required.
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and SEC Financial Reporting rules
• Experience with international operations, statement of cash flows, acquisition accounting integration
• Must be highly proficient with MS Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
