Job Summary
A technology company specializing in cloud communications solutions is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Accounting and SEC Reporting Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Compiling US GAAP Financial Statements
- Coordinating with the external auditors to provide required support and assistance
- Conducting technical accounting research on complex transactions
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in external reporting, technical accounting, and/or external audit
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting Certified Public Accountant
- Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
- SOX Compliance experience
- Experience with NetSuite or other ERP
