Job Summary

A research and consulting organization is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Accounting Director.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the technical accounting of all acquisitions
• Be accountable for the Company's annual impairment testing of goodwill and acquired intangibles
• Manage and perform accounting research and technical compliance research

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance
• CPA
• 9+ years of progressive accounting experience
• 4+ years of Big 4 and/or Big 10 accounting experience mandatory
• Strong technical knowledge of ASC 606 (Revenue Recognition) US GAAP, IFRS, SEC rules and regulations
