A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Accounting Manager in Denver.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Owning the financial audit process and coordinate with external auditors
• Preparing financial statements and footnote disclosures
• Managing tax return and provision preparation with our external tax partners

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting
• 7-10+ years of public accounting experience
• 10+ years of overall accounting experience
• Experience with early-stage startup companies
• Healthcare industry experience
