Job Summary
An international consumer products e-commerce company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Accounting Senior Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Providing accounting review of all merger agreement documents, including review of working capital and other key contract terms and conditions
- Supporting technical accounting and valuation aspects of acquisition activities
- Assisting in SOX documentation of controls over Business Combination activities to extent applicable to M&A
Position Requirements Include:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
- Strong technical research skills, including experience with US GAAP and other accounting standards research related to mergers and acquisitions, debt, derivatives, accounting is desirable
- Excellent project management skills are required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills are required
- Big 4 public accounting experience highly preferred
