Job Summary
A non-profit organization has a current position open for a Remote Technical Advisor II.
Must be able to:
- Contribute to capacity strengthening initiatives
- Provide technical advice, guidance, and support to a wide range of program design issues
- Establish and maintain relationships with donors, peer organizations, research and other institutions
Qualifications for this position include:
- Travel Required: 50%
- Experience in government level advocacy, including Education policy topics
- Minimum of seven years of work experience in International Education, with progressive responsibilities, ideally with an international NGO
- Experience in mentoring, coaching, facilitation and training, applying adult learning principles and practices
- Master's Degree in International Education, or related fields
- Demonstrated application of technical principles and concepts in child literacy/early grade reading, bilingual education and implementing education programs with quasi-experimental designs
