Job Summary

A consulting company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Providing end-user and system-level documentation support
  • Developing and maintaining Online help documents, Quick Guides, etc
  • Developing test cases and performing ad-hoc testing of applications

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to make 1-2 trips annually for in-person client meetings
  • Experience in 508 Accessibility standard and guidelines
  • Technical background in addition to writing and documentation background
  • Experience with Adobe RoboHelp 2017, Adobe Captivate, and Adobe Acrobat Pro DC
  • Experience with Techsmith Snag-it 11.4 or higher, Techsmith Camtasia, SharePoint, and TeamForge
