Job Summary

A global professional services firm has a current position open for a Remote Technical Analyst in San Francisco.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Work with cutting edge technologies through our many partnerships
• Test fixes and perform post-resolution follow-ups to ensure problems have been adequately resolved
• Perform change management activities, and oversee documentation of configuration and design specifications

Qualifications Include:

• Must be able to assess, provide application solutions and recommendations to all levels of management
• Must be able to participate in system validation activities and collaborate with team members
• Must be able to work to find innovative solutions that meet business objectives
• Must be able to configure and manage integrations to Vault platform as needed
• Must be able to identify gaps between business needs and technical capabilities
• Must be able to work with and manage multiple vendors and managed services providers
