Job Summary

A manufacturer of photo booths has an open position for a Remote Technical and Customer Support Representative.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Increase customer delight through extraordinary customer service
  • Educate your team members about products, while independently keeping your own technical know-how up to date
  • Perform hardware repairs on internal components of computer systems

Required Skills:

  • Travel to trade shows
  • Ability to perform hardware repairs on internal components of computer systems
