A home warranty and services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Appliance Purchasing Associate in Tuscan.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Interpreting customer contracts and determining appropriate replacement models for customers
- Handling escalated customer service issues until resolution is achieved
- Handling inbound and outbound phone calls regarding appliance options
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- 1 to 3+ years of customer service experience or training
- Knowledge of contract coverage, including systems and appliances
- Computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Knowledge of business unit policies and procedures
