A home warranty and services company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Appliance Purchasing Associate in Tuscan.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Interpreting customer contracts and determining appropriate replacement models for customers
  • Handling escalated customer service issues until resolution is achieved
  • Handling inbound and outbound phone calls regarding appliance options

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
