Job Summary
A biotechnology company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Application Scientist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Interfacing with Quality and Regulatory teams in fulfilling requirements in the diagnostic space
- Evaluating and interpreting instrument log files to troubleshoot and identify a path for issue resolution
- Providing technical consultation via phone and email for customers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Individual may be required to perform lab work, on occasion, when looking to resolve an issue
- Understanding of scientific instrumentation sufficient for interpreting system log files
- Focused research/academic experience in Immunology, Immuno-oncology, neurobiology
- Minimum of a Master's degree in a Biological or Biomedical Engineering Field
- A minimum of 3 years in a research or technology development capacity role in the biomedical sciences
- Understanding of and experience working in a regulated or medical device environment
