- Reviewing code and continually pushing standards higher

- Travel occasionally
- Experience as leader on projects with budgets ranging from $1M to $3M
- Consulting experience
- 7+ years experience with software development
- Experience leading cross-functional development teams
- Understanding of the agile software development process
