Job Summary
A financial solutions company has a current position open for a Remote Technical Banking Support Representative.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Providing level one troubleshooting
- Researching client issues and provide the highest level of support, identifying and resolving application and service issues
- Escalating service issues as necessary
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Minimum of 18 months of experience providing customer support within a financial institution or a technical support role
- Knowledge in payment processing areas such as mobile payments, desktop scanning, or transaction files
- Understanding of financial institutions products and technical services
