Job Summary

A staffing agency is in need of a Remote Technical Business Analyst in Ann Arbor.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Leading development of requirements documentation and related specifications
• Decomposing, refining, and documenting requirements using appropriate graphical and textual techniques
• Leading the collaboration with business customers to define scope for new projects

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

• Bachelor’s with at least four to seven years related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 3 years’ in large scale system implementation efforts following a standard software development lifecycle approach
• Experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, etc
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Ability to create systematic and manual operations procedures in both technical and user-friendly language
• Demonstrated effectiveness in a fast-paced rapidly changing environment
