Job Summary
A professional coaching company that specializes in career services for young professionals is filling a position for a Remote Technical Career Lead Manager.
Must be able to:
- Support team in industry tracks: data, software engineering, product, design, marketing and sales
- Manage and support 5 Career Mentors each with about 40 fellows
- Drive operational/metric based decisions forward while balancing managerial duties
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience working in start-up for 2+ years liaising with multiple stakeholders
- Strong managerial acumen with minimum of 1 year experience managing a team of 4+ employees
- Passionate about mentorship and company mission
- Ability to work with Salesforce or other ATS/CRM systems
- Ability to be a motivational team builder
- Ability to define metrics and validate success through a consistent routine built into a team
