Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote Technical Champion.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Helping develop training materials (e.g. help guides, Loom videos, etc.) for our customers
- Engaging customers experiencing difficulty in a friendly and comforting manner
- Performing duties assigned
Qualifications for this position include:
- 2+ years working as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
- 1+ years working at a SaaS startup (<50 employees)
- Eye for design and knowledge/interest on how software UX can be improved
- Fluency (written and verbal) in English
