Job Summary
A management consulting firm is in need of a Remote Technical Change Management Analyst.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Being a versatile team player who is comfortable under pressure, ambiguity, frequent change, or unpredictability
- Creating and maintaining stakeholder engagement, analysis, and communication plans
- Developing graphics and layouts to increase engagement, training retention, and ensure adoption
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- Experience with organizational change management methodology experience
- Bachelor's degree or 3-5+ years of experience applying organizational change management approach
- Exceptional follow-up, documentation and attention to detail is key
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Ability to leverage your technical skills and be proficient in Microsoft Team, Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Expertise working with stakeholders in a complex organization with diverse businesses, geographies, and cultures
