Job Summary

is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Client Services Technician.

Must be able to:

  • Actively listen to customer needs and offer appropriate education of products and services
  • Respond real time to customer Inbound questions and problems
  • Make outbound calls to touch base with new customers
