Job Summary

A telemedicine company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Technical Clinician Support Agent.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Responding to calls, emails, and live chats from members and clinicians
  • Providing support to clinician staff, to ensure patients obtain the appropriate care in a timely manner
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues that need immediate attention via established pathways and follow up if needed

Required Skills:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3 to 5+ years of experience in healthcare or contact centers
  • Knowledge of Healthcare and medical terminology
  • HIPAA certified
  • Experience working with web based systems
  • Ability to type 50+ WPM
