Job Summary
A provider of communication and network infrastructure services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Collaboration Support Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Resolve escalated complex technical issues
- Research issues that cannot be solved with the customer immediately,
- Document and maintain known issues for knowledge base repository
Qualifications for this position include:
- Bachelors in computer science, MIS or a related field or equivalent work experience
- 2 years experience in a customer facing technical support role
- 2 years experience with a broad range of technical support techniques
- 1 year experience providing technical customer support
- Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
