Job Summary

A provider of communication and network infrastructure services needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Collaboration Support Analyst.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Resolve escalated complex technical issues
  • Research issues that cannot be solved with the customer immediately,
  • Document and maintain known issues for knowledge base repository

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelors in computer science, MIS or a related field or equivalent work experience
  • 2 years experience in a customer facing technical support role
  • 2 years experience with a broad range of technical support techniques
  • 1 year experience providing technical customer support
  • Intermediate knowledge of Word and Excel
