Job Summary

A manufacturer of GPS-based devices and products is seeking a Remote Technical Communications Specialist.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Developing documentation, code samples, use cases, sample projects, and instructions
• Helping define standards and guidelines for teams
• Writing and revising technical documentation

Qualifications Include:

• Current understanding of latest tools, processes, and best practices related to software development
• Ability to consume complex software concepts, terms, and processes
• Able to work flexible hours to accommodate distributed international teams
• Worked in virtual teams to collaborate on content creation
• Able to quickly understand complex technical processes and translate them into documentation
• Experience designing templates for documentation
