Job Summary
A cybersecurity developer is filling a position for a Remote Technical Community Manager.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Identifying opportunities to surprise, delight, and show our community members how much we appreciate them
- Serving as the main contact with our community consultants and development vendors for customization requests
- Serving as the main contact with our platform vendor to identify, communicate, and resolve platform bugs and other issues
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in a community management role
- Familiar with Salesforce and other MarTech tools
- Familiarity with VLOOKUPs and pivot tables to manipulate data
- Understanding of how systems work together and how to talk to technical teams
- Bachelor Degree
