Job Summary

A software company has an open position for a Remote Technical Community Manager in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Building trust and motivating interaction with channels through engagement programs
  • Facilitating community growth by supporting community-driven events
  • Measuring, monitoring, and building detailed reports on community sentiment and community concerns

Qualifications Include:

  • Ability to travel, including international
  • Demonstrated experience in online community building, forum operations, and social media platforms
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively at all levels internally and externally and across diverse geographies
  • One year of programming experience, or a willingness and aptitude for learning technology
  • Experience making data-driven decisions and managing projects or accounts
