Job Summary
A telecommunications software company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Technical Consultant.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Implement the agreed solution design
- Support the customer
- Track design and solution issues
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5 – 10 years relevant industry experience
- 5+ years of domain/applications/BSS/OSS/Charging experience
- An understanding of Customer networks and infrastructure
- An understanding of industry standards and best practices
- Software product experience in Installation – Cloud and non-Cloud
- Eligibility for US Homeland Security clearance
